Dear Hill-Kelly Customers,

In today’s uncertain times, we at Hill-Kelly Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram want you to know we will continue to serve the automotive needs of our community in a responsible and safe manner. We continue to remain open and want to share how we are modifying the way we conduct business during these times. Effective immediately, we will offer vehicle delivery and at-home services if requested. Here are the new services we are adding to protect our customers and associates:

  • Service Pick-up and Delivery: If you do not wish to come see us in person at the dealership, we will pick up your vehicle from your home, service it, and drop it back off at your home. Our new program will allow you to pay for service work securely through your smart phone or electronic device as well. Your vehicle will be sanitized as part of the delivery process.   • Service Drop-off Area: If you prefer to simply drop your vehicle off at our store, and pick it up later, we will have designated spots available. You can drop off utilizing our secure overnight Key drop and pick up in a designated spot. In addition, the secure overnight Key Drop can be utilized any time of the day.   • Online service scheduling will remain available on our website for your convenience where you can specify which way you would like us to serve you. Simply visit our website and click on Schedule Service
  • Oil changes- for your safety and to meet guidelines of allowed people in one area, we are taking appointments only for oil changes. Schedule Here
  • At-Home Vehicle Purchase: Should you choose to complete a vehicle purchase and financing from the comfort of your home, we have that capability. We can finalize all sales and transactions over the phone/chat if requested and then bring paperwork to you in a sealed envelope for signature. Of course, your delivered vehicle will have been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
  • At-Home Test Drives: We will bring the sanitized vehicles to you for your test drive.
  • Video “Deliveries” will allow our sales specialists to show you the features of your new vehicle using FaceTime. Contact our Sales Department to schedule yours today. Call: (850) 972-2050
  • Car Appraisals Made Easy at-home vehicle appraisals to purchase your trade or vehicle outright – we will come to you.

Please understand we are following guidance from federal, state and local health agencies as we feel it is our responsibility to help contain the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) as much as possible and to keep our customers and employees safe and healthy. We have also implemented sanitizing of door handles, desks, phones, and other frequently “high touch” areas around our facilities throughout the day.
